Who We Are.
Erika and Justin
After completing her studies at the University of Idaho, Erika served as a member of the U.S.A.F, in Public Health and Mission Readiness. After the Armed Forces, Erika became a teacher at a local daycare, so she could stay close with her children.
Justin's background is in Business Management, Construction and Property Development. His passion for the industry stems from his family roots of childcare ownership since 1978.
For the last decade they have been working towards the dream of building an early childhood development program which complements the heart of our community. They are proud to make that dream a reality together, and look forward to serving the families of the community for generations to come.
Heidi
Food Program Director
Heidi's careers in Restaurant Management , Food Safety and Business Management have overqualified her for the position she holds at KPLC. Additionally, she has owned and operated an in-home childcare on a Montana Air Force Base. As Erika's mother, her willingness and call to action as an active member of the team is a welcomed and irreplaceable complement to our family environment.
Nicole
Assistant Director
Nikki has an extensive background working at childcare centers in the region. Her experience focused in aiding children with learning disabilities and developmental delays. She is the longest standing employee of Kinder Prep Learning Center and oversees daily operations. Nikki has climbed the ladder from an Assistant Teacher role, to her current role as Assistant Director.
